En ce jour de sensibilisation du deuil p\u00e9rinatal, j\u2019aimerais offrir une r\u00e9flexion pour penser \u00e0 tous ceux qui ont perdu un b\u00e9b\u00e9. Que ce soit une perte au cours de la grossesse ou peu de temps apr\u00e8s la naissance, nous devons briser le silence li\u00e9 au deuil p\u00e9rinatal. \u00c0 ce sujet, je vous sugg\u00e8re cette excellente entrevue<\/a> qui comprend le t\u00e9moignage de ma cousine Sophie qui a perdu sa fille de 2 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus t\u00f4t cette semaine, j\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 interview\u00e9 par TVA. L\u2019entrevue \u00e9tait quand m\u00eame assez longue, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de plus d'une heure. TVA a su cr\u00e9er un excellent montage avec le peu de temps de diffusion qu'ils avaient, soit 2 minutes et demie! Merci \u00e0 Marie-Christine Villeneuve de TVA qui m\u2019avait contact\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t cet \u00e9t\u00e9 pour me demander une entrevue. Quel que soit la situation de la personne, il est important de parler de la sant\u00e9 mentale, ce qui inclut deuil, d\u00e9pression, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et trauma.
